How do I reset my password?

Go to the sign-in page and choose Forgot your password. Enter your email address and SprintPulse will send you a reset link.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The free plan includes 1 team, 10 members, and 3 boards. No credit card required.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel from Billing in your account settings. Paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Where is my data stored?

SprintPulse uses EU hosting and encrypts data in transit and at rest. Retro conversations are treated as sensitive team data.

Support goes directly to Vito, the founder and builder of SprintPulse.
